Plot
Dread is about a futuristic city, where the cops have been delegated the entire authority required to execute the law of the land. Criminal cases are resolved without much ado, with the cops standing against the anti-socials as a full-fledged judicial system. They can not only imprison a criminal but can also execute him/her, if the need arises. The city, governed by atypical laws, warms up to a challenging mission, when a cop and his trainee join hands to dismantle a criminal organization that deals with a drug that alters reality.
