Biography
Ben was born on 30th November, 1965, in America. His mother, Anne is of Irish descent whereas his father, Jerry is Jewish. Ben finished his schooling from Cathedral School but later, he shifted to Calhoun school. Later, he became the part of California University, where he studied acting. In the year 2000, Ben tied the knot with Christine.
In the year 1987, he enrolled the role of Dainty in the movie project, Empire of the Sun along with Hot Pursuit, and TV projects, Miami Vice and American Playhouse. He portrayed the role of Tipton in the project named, Fresh Horses. He also played the character of Bruce in the short comedy project, Elvis Stories, which was out in the year 1989.
In 1990, he participated in a TV movie, Working Tra$h and a big screen project, Stella, in which he acted the characters of Freddy and Jim. In 1990s, Ben did several roles such as, Barry in a TV drama Frasier, Vic in NewsRadio, Sam in The Cable Guy, Steve in Zero Effect and also accomplished action comedy movie, Mystery Man.
Beside his acting career, he also worked as a maker in Hollywood industry, and produced Blades of Glory and The Ruins, in the year 2007 and 2008.
He played the voice of Alex in Madagascar series and did Megamind a cartoon picture, in which he played the voice of Bernard, which was released in 2010.
In the year 2012, he portrayed the role of Ben in the movie, He's Way More Famous Than You, along with Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted, which is the third part of Madagascar series.
