Biography
Cate is an Australian actress, born in Victoria. She has two siblings, Genevieve and Bob. Her father died when she was of ten years old. She completed her study from Methodist College. In 1997, she married to Andrew and has three children with him.
She began her profession in 1993 with a small screen project, Police Rescue, in which her character’s name was Haines. In 1997, she was honored with an award for her role of Lucinda in the silver screen, Oscar and Lucinda. After several prize winning characters, she appeared in the movie, The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, which was released in 2012.
