Elizabeth Olsen was born on February 16, 1989 in California, U.S. She is the daughter of Jarnette, a administrator and David, a banker. She has two sisters, Mary-Kate Olsen, Ashley Olsen and a brother, Trent Olson. She has completed her graduation in 2007 from Campbell Hall School. After her study, she did theatre in Atlantic Theater Company. She is well known for her role in Martha Marcy May Marlene as Martha.
She started her career in 1993 with a music video. In 1994, she did her foremost TV movie, where she portrayed the small role of the girl in car. In 2011, she portrayed herself in 55th BFI London Film Festival. In the same year, she worked in another TV series, Made in Hollywood. She played guest roles in ‘Late Night with Jimmy Fallon’ and ‘Live! with Kelly’.
In 2011, she appeared in the movie, ‘Silent House’ playing the role of Sarah. In the same year, she acted in Peace, Love, & Misunderstanding, as Zoe.
