Born in April 20, 1949, Jessica Lange is also known by the name, Jessica Phyllis Lange. She took birth in Cloquet, Minnesota, United States and established herself as an American actress. She is daughter to Dorothy Florence and Albert John Lange. In her younger years, she admired Vivien Leigh and Elizabeth Taylor. For her education, she went to University of Minnesota and studied art and photography.
She has worked in a number of films. Some of the most prominent are How to Beat the High Co$t of Living, The Postman Always Rings Twice, Everybody's All-American, Night and the City, A Thousand Acres, Masked and Anonymous, Don't Come Knocking and Broken Flowers.
In her illustrious career, she was bestowed with a number of awards. She has till now bagged two Academy Awards, four Golden Globe Awards, Emmy Award, Boston Society of Film Critics award, Kansas City Film Critics Circle award, Los Angeles Film Critics Association award, National Society of Film Critics award and New York Film Critics Circle Award.
She walked the aisle with Francisco "Paco" Grande and the relationship lasted for nearly 11 years. She, then, stayed with Sam Shepard but parted ways in 2010. She has three children.
