Born in December 14, 1988, Vanessa Hudgens is also known by the name Vanessa Anne Hudgens. She took birth in Salinas, California, United States and established herself as an American actress and singer. She is daughter to Gregory Hudgens and Gina. Her father is a firefighter by profession. She has one sibling who is also active in the field of acting. She was given a Roman Catholic upbringing. At the tender age of eight, she occupied the stage by singing in musical theaters. Her initial works include Carousel, The Wizard of Oz, The King and I, The Music Man, and Cinderella. She went to Orange County High School of the Arts for her education. Later on, she was home schooled.
She took part in a number of films during her career. Some of the most prominent are High School Musical 3: Senior Year, The Frozen Ground, Journey 2: The Mysterious Island, Sucker Punch and Beastly.
