Biography
Alexander is actor and movie maker of Hollywood. He was born on 25th August, 1976 in Sweden. He has played fabulous characters in Trust Me and a TV show, True Blood. His father is also an actor in Sweden. Alexander is eldest among his six siblings. After studies, he was employed in Swedish military and left the job after 18 months. Then he moved to New York to study acting in Marymount Manhattan College.
Skarsgard did his debut as a child artist and did the movie Åke and His World. After three years, he appeared in a small screen, Idag röd, in which his character’s name was Fred. In 1989, he did his second silver screen, The Dog That Smilled, in which he portrayed the character of Jojjo. There was a big gap of 10 years between his second and third movie, Happy end, which was released in 1999.
In 2000, he appeared in four silver screens, Wings of Glass, The Dog Trick, White Water Fury and The Diver. In the same year, he portrayed as Ante in a TV show, Judith. In 2005, Alexander played the role of Oberg in the movie, Om Sara. Exit and Score were his next movies released in the same year.
In 2008, He worked in a TV show, True Blood, which helped him to take his career to next level. He appeared in the movie Beyond the Pole, which was released in 2009 and played the character of Terje. He played the role of Stone Hopper in the movie Battleship, released in 2012.
