Biography
Gorgeous Jacqueline was born on June 2nd, 1985, in the city of Colombo. In the year 2006, she became the part of Miss Sri Lanka Universe and won the competition. Her mother is from Malaysia while her father is Sinhalese. In the year of 1988, her family relocated from Colombo.
She completed her schooling from Sacred Heart School and during her studies she also became the part of dance, drama and sports competition. She accomplished her graduation in mass media, from Murrey University. Following her graduation, she selected modeling as her occupation.
In the year 2009, she portrayed the character of Jasmine in the silver screen project, Aladin and for this flick; she was honored by International Indian Film Academy Award for Best Female Debut and Stardust Award for Exciting New Face.
Following to her first big screen project, she played the role of Tara in Jaane Kahan Se Aayi Hai and participate in a song, by playing the character of Dhanno in the movie, Housefull. She portrayed the role of Priya in the sequel of the movie, Murder 2.
Some of her latest projects are Race 2, Pravegaya, Housefull 2 and Total Dhamaal.
