James is a well known actor of Hollywood. He was born on 26th March, 1940. He is notable for his part in The Gambler andRollerball. His parents are Arthur, a meat seller and Sophie. He did his graduation from Neighborhood Playhouse School.
In 1960, he married to Dee Jay and has a child from her. After 6 years, he separated from her and remarried to Sheila in 1976 and became the father of her one child. But due to some personal reason, he divorced from her after a year. Ingrid became his third wife in 1990 and gave birth to one child. But James left her third wife after five years. Same year, he made Linda his life partner.
He was casted for his first role in 1961 for a TV series, Naked City, in which he played the character of Marty. In the same year, he worked in another series, Route 66. After these shows, he appeared in lots of shows. In 1964, he played the role of Randall in a silver screen, Lady in a Cage. Next year, he portrayed the character of Mike in the movie, Red Line 7000.
In 1970, he appeared in a movie, Rabbit, Run and acted the role of Angstrom. After this movie, he did various fabulous characters in several movies and Funny Lady, 1941, Thief, Kiss me Goodbye, were some of them. In 2001, he did the character of Lance in the movie, In the Shadows. After two years, he worked in the film, Elf, in which his character’s name was Walter.
In 2011, he played the role of Paul in the silver screen, Minkow. He worked in the film, Donny’s Boy, which was released in 2012.
