Raftaar Singh (Akshay) invests his days whiling his energy away moving and paying some dues at fairs in Bassi Pathana in Punjab. While his dad (Yograj Singh) is burnt out on his ways, his mom (Rati Agnihotri) takes into account his hankering with home-cooked jalebis, before the previous approaches Raftaar to pick a way for himself. Either get hitched to a certain Sweety, or move to Goa and work under his dad's companion. Considering the first choice impossible, Raftaar picks the second.
