Actor Imran Hashmi, tagged as the ‘serial kisser’ of Bollywood, was born on March 24, 1979. The names of his parents are Anwar Hashmi and Maherahh Hashmi. He learned the fine points of graphics and animation technology from Syndenham College, Mumbai. He is cousin of the Mahesh Bhatt’s daughter, Pooja Bhatt. The actor walked down the isle with his long-time love interest, Praveen Shahani, in December 2006. He has a two years old boy named Ayaan with his affectionate wife.
Imran Hashmi did not have it easy, as he tried to carve a niche for himself among the Salmans, Shahrukhs and Amirs of the Bollywood. His full-on dedication towards the art that means the life to him has catapulted him to the heights of fame. He was introduced to the Indian audience for the very first time on the movie Footpath, which failed to click at the box office. Success came running to him with the hair-raising Murder movie, where he portrayed an obsessed lover, who didn’t think twice before attempting to kill anybody to have life his own way.
