Biography
Tusshar was born on November 20th, 1976, in the city of Mumbai. His sister, Ekta is a producer. He is the son of super hit actor, Jeetendra and Shobha, director of Balaji Telefilms. He became the part of Michigan University and completed his graduation in management from M.Ross School of Business.
In the year 2001, Tusshar played the character of Karan in his first movie project, Mujhe Kucch Kehna Hai, with Kareen Kapoor as actress. For his role in his first silver screen project, he got Filmfare Best Male Debut Award, in the same year.
Subsequent to his initial big screen project, he portrayed the roles of Karan and Rahul in the movies, Jeena Sirf Merre Liye and Kyaa Dil Ne Kahaa, in 2002. In the year 2004, Tusshar showed his acting skills in Gayab, Khakee and Shart: The Challenge by playing the characters of Vishnu, Inspector Gupte and Satya, respectively.
In the year 2005, he played the role of Rahul in the big screen project, Kyaa Kool Hai Hum along with the role of Avinash in Insaan. In 2007, he accomplished four silver screen projects, Shootout at Lokhandwala, Good Boy-Bad Boy, Dhol, Kya Love Story Hai and Aggar by playing the characters of Dilip, Rajan, Sameer, Arjun and Aryan.
He also portrayed the role of Bhavesh in the movie, Life Partner along with actors, Govinda and Fardeen Khan, which is released in the year 2009. In the year 2011 and 2012, Tusshar accomplished several projects such as, Hum Tum Shabana, Shor in the City, The Dirty Picture, Shootout at Wadala, Chaar Din Ki Chandni and Kyaa Super Kool Hai Hum, which is the sequel of Kyaa Kool Hai Hum.
